2024/25 4th XI VSDCA Premiers!

A massive congratulations to our 4th XI boys who brought home the flag in a thrilling win against Strathmore!

After a rocky start, Luke Cameron showed composure beyond his years compiling a well fought 35 but it was senior citizen Brian Lassey who took Coburgs tally to a competetive score of 169.

The boys were up and about from the start. It was a complete team effort in the field with lots of individual highlights. With Luke taking 3 catches and 2 stumpings and skipper Zac’s 2/44 off 25. Honours go to youngster Bash who demonstrated his wizardry taking 5/34 off 25.5 overs 🧙

Brian Lassey was awarded man of the match for his 68* and 2/25 off 10.

We can’t go without acknowledging Christian La Porta’s class off the field, providing the boys with fresh cuts ahead of their pub crawl.
